Obituary of William Pyburn

William Pyburn, 83, of Toms River, passed away, Friday, November 13, 2015. Mr. Pyburn was Vice President at St. Luke's -Roosevelt Hospital in New York. He worked for the hospital for 27 years, retiring in 1995. He was a proud US Army veteran having served during the Korean War. Born and raised in New York City, he lived in Hazlet before moving to Toms River. He is survived by his wife Marlene Bobe Pyburn; two sons, William Pyburn Jr., of Wall Twp., Richard Pyburn of Hazlet; three daughters, Maryellen DiPietra of St. Petersburg, FL., Jacalyn Bermudez of Manchester, NJ, Jill Padora-Latulippe of Philadelphia, PA; and eleven grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 to 8pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. A funeral service will be celebrated 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home followed by entombment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
